Patient Satisfaction

We Take Patient Satisfaction Seriously

The Horsham Clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional behavioral health services to the patients we serve. In an effort to continually improve our programs and provide the highest standard of behavioral health treatment, we ask each patient to complete a confidential survey at the time of discharge.

The survey measures patient satisfaction across a number of factors including but not limited to how safe they felt during their stay, their satisfaction with the food, whether they had input into their treatment and if they were treated with dignity and respect. Survey results are analyzed quarterly to ensure continuous quality improvement.
